Solution 1: Launch Quick Fix My Program 
Step 1: Install the QuickBooks Tools Hub
The QuickBooks Tool Hub may resolve such an error. QuickBooks must be closed before you can use the hub's features. Employ the Tool Hub on Windows 10 64-bit for the best experience.
  • Close QuickBooks and download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  • Save the file in a location that you can reach easily (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). 
    Note: You can identify which version you have if you have previously installed Tool Hub. Select the Home tab. You will find the version details at the bottom.

Step 2: From the Tools Hub, launch Quick Fix My Program
If you have QuickBooks running in the background, Quick Repair will end it. Your software will undergo a speedy repair procedure.
  • In the QuickBooks Tools Hub, select Program Problems > Quick Fix my Program.
  • Launch QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
Continue with Solution 2, in case you still see the error.
Solution 2: Suppress the QuickBooks Desktop application
It is possible that your company file may be harmed. Check whether the issue is with your data file or QuickBooks. Your previous company could attempt to open QuickBooks.
  • Hold down the Control key and double-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon to open the program.
Important: If QuickBooks crashes or displays an error message before the No Company Open window appears, hold down the Ctrl key.
  • Select a company file >Open.

Solution 3: Run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool from the Tools Hub
  • Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub and, in the tool hub, select Installation Issues.
  • You should choose QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool and run it. This process could take up to 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Restart your computer when the program is finished, then access your data file in QuickBooks Desktop.
